Overview

Microsoft 365 brings together the most widely used workplace applications in one secure, cloud-based platform. This two-day introduction shows you how to work confidently with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, and how to use OneDrive to store and share your files. Whether you’re preparing for an office role, returning to work, or simply want to organise your personal documents, this course covers the essentials in a practical, step-by-step way.

You’ll learn how to create and format professional documents in Word, prepare clear presentations in PowerPoint, and manage calculations and data in Excel. The course also covers using Outlook for email and calendar management, and Teams for meetings and collaboration. With OneDrive you’ll explore how to keep files safe and access them across devices.

By the end you’ll understand how the apps connect together and support modern ways of working. This is an excellent foundation for further digital training or immediate use in the workplace.
