Overview

Your digital profile is how potential employers and clients see you online. This two-day course focuses on creating a professional CV in Microsoft Word, setting up a reliable email account, and building a clear LinkedIn profile. You’ll learn how to write and format a CV that is simple, modern, and compatible with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), which many employers use to filter applications.

The course also covers how to use Word effectively for layout and formatting, ensuring your CV is easy to read and professional. We’ll explore how to export your CV to PDF for sending to employers, and how to tailor content to highlight your strengths.

You’ll also learn how to set up a professional email account, polish your LinkedIn presence, and manage your wider digital footprint. By the end, you’ll leave with a CV ready for applications, a refreshed LinkedIn profile, and the confidence to present yourself positively online.
