Overview

Microsoft Excel is one of the most valuable skills in today’s workplace. This two-day introduction focuses on building practical confidence with spreadsheets so you can enter, organise, and analyse data effectively. You’ll learn how to format worksheets for clarity, use formulas for calculations, and create charts that make information easy to understand.

The course uses realistic examples such as budgets, trackers, and reports, helping you see how Excel can be applied in everyday work. You’ll also discover time-saving tips, such as autofill and conditional formatting, that make spreadsheets quicker to manage.

By the end of the course you’ll be able to structure spreadsheets clearly, apply the most common functions, and present data in a way that supports decision-making.
